BRIDEART FAQ
Booking your bridal glam is a big decision, and we want it to feel simple and transparent. This FAQ walks you through how we work at BRIDEART: from securing your date and planning a trial to travel, payments and the flow of your wedding morning. If you do not see your question here, just send us a message and we will be happy to help.
Q: Do you travel on site?
A: Yes, we travel on location for weddings and events. Travel fee depends on distance, time on the road, tolls and parking. Once we know your getting ready address and start time, we will send a clear travel quote.
Q: Do you travel for single appointments?
A: For weddings we always travel on site. For single glam appointments it depends on the date, time and location. If it does not fit the schedule, you are always welcome to come to our studio and avoid the travel fee.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: Most of our brides secure their date 9-12 months in advance. Popular Saturdays book out quickly, so once you know your venue and date, it is a good time to book hair and makeup.
Q: What do I need to secure my date?
A: Your date is reserved only after we receive a signed bridal agreement and a non-refundable retainer. Without both, the date stays open for other inquiries.
Q: How many people can you accommodate?
A: We work as a bridal team and can take care of both intimate and large parties. Once we know your final head count and timeline, we create a schedule and assign the right number of artists so everyone is ready on time.
Q: Do you only do bridal makeup?
A: Bridal glam is our main focus, but we also work for engagement sessions, showers, parties, photoshoots and any event where you want professional hair and makeup.
Q: Do you offer airbrush makeup?
A: We do not offer airbrush makeup. Our signature BRIDEART look is created with traditional HD products applied in thin layers. It looks like healthy skin, lasts all day and photographs beautifully without feeling heavy.
Q: Does a trial secure my wedding date?
A: No. A trial by itself does not hold your date. Only a signed agreement plus retainer secures your wedding day in our calendar.
Q: What happens if an artist gets sick or has an emergency?
A: If something unexpected happens, we arrange a replacement artist from the BRIDEART team or our trusted network with a similar skill level and style to keep your schedule and pricing the same.
